Vince Hemmer is the Principal of GTCR Golder Rauner, a privately held investment firm with $8 billion under management. He joined the firm in 1996 and became a Principal in 2001. Mr. Hemmer is also a Director of Fairmount Food Group, Prestige Brands and Wilton Products. His past corporate board memberships are Alliant Resources Group, Coinmach and Synagro Technologies. Prior to joining GTCR, Mr. Hemmer was a Consultant with The Monitor Company. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. Mr. Hemmer received his MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Hemmer is a current member of the National Council of the World Wildlife Foundation. He and his wife, Suzanne, were local sponsors for Designs of Hope Chicago in 2007, an event which netted $500,000. He has served as a Regional Board Member for the Midwest Regional office since 2002.
